While you won’t have cyclical changes in hormones anymore if you have your ovaries removed, the HRT that most people take post-op can cause menstrual bleeding if you still have your uterus. 

The nature and timing of that bleeding depends on the dosage and regimen of HRT that you take post-op. 

Both estrogen and progesterone have an effect on the lining of the uterus, and changes in these hormones can trigger menstrual bleeding. Talk to your gynecologist about any concerning bleeding that you’re having post-op.
